Autorenporträt
Fabio Cerina is Lecturer in Economic Policy at the Deparment of Social and Economic Research, University of Cagliari, and Research Fellow at the Center for North South Economic Research (CRENoS). His research interests are in Tourism, Environment and Growth and Economic Geography. Anil Markandya is Professor of Economics at the University of Bath, UK, and Scientific Director of the Basque Centre for Climate Change in Bilbao, Spain. His research interests lie in the areas of microeconomics, quantitative economics, including econometrics, and environmental economics. It is the last of these that has been the focus of his research over the last twenty years and he is an acknowledged international authority in the field. Anil has recently published a textbook entitled Environmental Economics for Sustainable Growth (Edward Elgar). Michael McAleer is Distinguished Professor, Department of Quantitative Economics, Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. He has published in a wide range of leading international journals, and his research interests include theoretical and applied econometrics, theoretical and applied statistics, time series analysis, financial econometrics, modelling environmental systems, intellectual property, methodology, tourism research and tourism management.
