Autorenporträt

Darry Fraser's breakout novel with HarperCollins, an Australian historical Daughter of the Murray (2016), and her second novel Where the Murray River Runs (2017) are set in the 1890s. The Drover Comes Home for Christmas is another Australian historical released in the anthology Our Country Christmas (2018). Set in 1854, The Widow of Ballarat (2018) features life on the goldfields. The Good Woman of Renmark, set on the Murray once again, is due for release in November 2019. The novel for 2020 is finished, and another is already underway.

Apprenticed on contemporary novels and novellas in her early career, Darry returned to writing in her favourite genre, Australian historical fiction.
