Youchao Deng is the chief editor and researcher of Educational Research, National Institute of Education Sciences. He is the vice president and secretary general of journal branch of Educational Theory, the Chinese Society of Education. He is also the vice chairman of National Academic Committee of Basic Theory of Education.
Baoli Gao is the former vice president of National Institute of Education Sciences and former editor-in-chief of the journal Educational Research. He is also the executive director of Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy and the academic member of China Higher Education Society.
