Dr. Perfecto G. Aquino, Jr., is one of the most outstanding cum successful alumnus of the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines, having obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD-Cum Laude) in Public Administration and Management. Dr. Aquino is a seasoned Asst./Associate Professor and a Research Associate at prestigious universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates-Dubai and in Vietnam. He was also an active guest speaker along the area of Human Resources Management, Organization Behavior and Leadership in countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Philippines, among others. He has presented a number of international papers in Australia, Italy, France, Dubai, Bahrain, and Philippines and has published several papers in Scopus, SCI, and impact factor indexed journals.
Dr. Revenio C. Jalagat, Jr. is presently employed at Al-Zahra College for Women in the Sultanate of Oman as Assistant Professor since 2013. He had a total accumulated experience of 18 years in both the industry serving as Accountant, Chief Accountant, Finance Manager, and in the Academe as Lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Dean in the Philippines. He was a lecturer at Gulf College in Oman for almost two and a half years. He is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines and graduated Doctor of Management at Capitol University, Philippines. He has published research in internationally reputed journals, including Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals and served as Reviewer and Editorial Member in various international journals.
