All collected from the streets of Cairo, Egypt and villages of Egypt around 1940, most put to music and translated by Bahiga Mahmoud Sidki in the 1950 and 1960s who is the grandmother of the publisher of this one volume, Hassan Rasheed. The two regional books were published in 2013 by Hassan Rasheed.
