Autorenporträt
Since a young age, I have been drawn to creative writing and putting all the details together to make a story anyone can enjoy. In eigth grade, I completed my first hand-written short story and in high school, my second, Hope Creek.

A while after starting a family, I went back to writing. I have completed a dream of mine publishing a book and illustrating the characters as seen on the cover of Ellie's Trumpet.

Currently, I live in Monticello, Minnesota, and work as a special education paraprofessional. When I am not working or writing, I love spending time with my husband, two children and my dog. A couple hobbies of mine are drawing, biking, hiking and geocaching.
