In each chapter, we're going to focus first on the emotion itself and what purpose this particular emotion typically serves. It's at the end of each chapter, though, where you will earn how to break the grip of each emotion in three easy steps. So, no more prisons. Emotional Mastery is around the corner. Let's dive in! Let's Get Emotional You're mad. You're glad. You're sad. You feel a hundred different things in a single day, every single day of your life. Of course, these emotions are never quite so simple as all that, are they? Being happy can take on many forms. You can be joyful. Jubilant. Accomplished. Content. Elated. Or one of many other words that dig into the nuance of this single emotion. Likewise, anger can become fury, rage, peeved, or miffed, depending on the degree. You don't have to understand any of these nuances to feel them. Emotion happens whether you want them or not.
