First, the definitions of employee satisfaction will be considered. Following this, a brief overview of the theories on the subject will be provided. This construct is influenced by various factors and has a corresponding impact on individuals and people. In addition, the effects that result from a corresponding lack of employee satisfaction will be examined in more detail.
