Danielle Mallett is a Functional Movement Coach, Novelist, and Poet. She has holistically healed herself from chronic head and neck pain after surviving a traumatic head injury and years of depression. Through her own healing and life lessons, she shares indispensable knowledge with those in need of healing. Danielle holds her B.A. in Writing and Literature with a minor in Yoga. She is a certified Yoga Instructor through It's Yoga and YogaWorks. She's also a certified NASM Personal Trainer, a California certified Massage & CranioSacral Therapist, and a certified Foundation Training instructor. When Danielle isn't writing books she is coaching clients to get stronger, more flexible, and to feel better.
