Autorenporträt

Rolena Collins was born in Northville township, Michigan. I am the mother of twelve wonderful children, nine boys and three girls. I started college in 1988 for two years at WCCC-Eastern Campus, for my associate degree in business management. As my family grew and I went through a bout with cancer and several deaths in my family, including losing two children, I went through grief counseling in 1998 and went back to WCCC-Downtown Campus in 2005 for two more years for my associate degree in journalism. Here I am now on the other side. I met a beautiful man in 2007, in Highland Park, Michigan, where I now reside. He has shown me how life is supposed to be lived to the fullest. Enjoy each day as it comes and smile, be silly; laughter is the best medicine.
