Stress, anxiety and panic attacks were developing fast, it was only a matter of time to come face-to-face with a warning that changed the life I had known. The morning after, is when everything changed and it was far from easy to accept because nothing would ever be the same again.
This new way of being came with many tears, fears of the unknown, and countless tantrums from frustration. Having to accept I could no longer do the things I once did, the life I had known became one of the past. Learning to accept and adapt to life changes, put trust in my instinct and listen to my inner voice to help guide in making the right changes before it was too late.

In sharing my experiences, I hope to increase awareness in the importance of 'Mental Health' and to give daily attention to our emotional well-being. Why and where we need to be mindful when living alongside stress and anxiety. To know when to listen and respond to the warning signs, because our mental wellness is incredibly vulnerable. Everything in time can shatter like falling glass when the warring signs are ignored. Our emotional well-being is also important, as not much can be achieved without having overall mental wellness.
