Stress, anxiety and panic attacks, they did not happen by unfortunate circumstances nor by accidentally. There were reasons why I was experiencing them and everything changed, the life I had known became one of the past.
Facing life changes was far from easy, it all arrived with many tears and fears. Having to accept I could no longer do the things I once did. Our Mental health is most important, listen to the warning signs before it's too late.
This is my story sharing, revealing the consequences of living in unhealthy and emotionally harmful ways. I share my experiences with hope to increase awareness in the importance of our Mental health, and to give attention to our emotional well-being. Life can shatter before our eyes when the warring signs are being ignored. Our emotional well-being is important because not much can be achieved without having overall Emotional and Mental Wellness.
