ANDINI DESITA is the Energy Statistician& Database Specialist at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) in Jakarta, Indonesia ONZALEZ is President of Spain's Nuclear Industry Forum and former president of FORATOM (European Nuclear Forum). He was vice-president of Spain's Nuclear Safety Council. CAROLINA G. HERNANDEZ is the Founding President and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Strategic and Development Studies (ISDS), Philippines, USA. FANTIS is an Associate Professor of International Relations at the Department of Political Science, University of Athens, Greece. JAKOBSON is the Bejing-based Director of the China Programme at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA). TAI HWAN LEE is a Senior Research Fellow in the Regional Studies Programme, and a former director of the Foreign Policy and Security Studies Programme, at the Sejong Institute in Seoul, South Korea. Z is Professor of Economics at the University of Alicante, Spain. JOSE MARIA MARTINEZ-VAL is Professor of Nuclear Technology atMadrid Polytechnic University, Spain, and current Chairman of the EURATOM Scientific and Technical Committee. MICHAL MEIDAN is a Research Associate at Asia Centre - Centre études Asie, where she heads the activities of the Energy and Environment Programme. She also teaches at the East Asia Department at the Haifa University, Israel. EVANGELINE L. MOISES is the Chief of the Information and Training Department at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) in Jakarta, Indonesia. JAVIER MORALES is a Research Fellow at the Department of International Studies, Complutense University of Madrid, and a member of its Research Unit on International Security and Cooperation (UNISCI). AKHMAD NIDLOM is the Energy Policy and Planning Specialist at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) in Jakarta, South India. GIANLUCA PASTORI is Professor of History of Political Relations between North America and Europe at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, in Milan, Italy. EDY PRASETYONO is a Senior Researcher at the Department of International Relations, Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Jakarta. Dr. Prasetyono is also teaching at the Department of International Studies, University of Indonesia. JAVIER DE QUINTO is Professor of Economics at the San Pablo-CEU University, and Senior Researcher at the Research Unit on International Security and Cooperation (UNISCI), Complutense University of Madrid. SHIGERU SUDO is the Director of theEnergy and Environment Program at the International Development Center of Japan. FRANK UMBACH is the Head of the Research Programme 'Security Policies in Asia-Pacific' and also responsible for International Energy Security at the Research Institute of the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). He is also Co-Chair of the European Committee of the Council for Security Cooperation in Asia-Pacific (ESC-SCAP or CSCAP-Europe). CHRISTOPHER G. ZAMORA is the Advisor to the Executive Director at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) in Jakarta.
