Furthermore, there has been increased competition among job applicants for suitable positions, as well as among current employees for better positions within companies. To achieve their intended goals, they must be competitive with appropriate and up-to-date knowledge and abilities in their areas of the profession.

With these considerations in mind, and based on my professional experience as an HR and communication consultant, trainer, and practitioner, together with interactions with job seekers and job holders, as well as references from research studies and the like, this ebook is intended to help both new job applicants and job holders.
