Autorenporträt

Lyris Figueroa was born in Puerto Rico. Her parents migrated to New York when she was an infant and shortly after relocated to Jersey City, New Jersey, where she was raised. She is the second born of four children. Besides Christian music which she favors, she enjoys listening to Salsa and Neo Soul. She followed her heart onto a career path to teaching children with special needs and has done so for over two decades. Attends a Christian centre church in her hometown and is in ministry doing the work God birth in her.
