Every small contribution in the "swarm" is the comprehensive bracket for the exciting feel-good island of home, for reducing the heating up of the city. Dieter Mende has been very successful professionally since 1997 in a project office of an energy supply company and since 2003 in a communications and acquisition office of a municipal company in grasping the holistic interrelationships and presenting the possibilities. The author has also devoted himself to his hobby of gardening by grasping the holistic connections and presenting the possibilities. The author was also influenced by his grandfather Nikolaus Ruschin, who ran a zoo and garden supplies store in his birthplace of Haltern am See on Münsterstraße for decades; by his grandfather, who explained the bird calls and tree species to the many visitors to the Haard forest area. From the age of five, his grandfather introduced the author to the interrelationships in nature, both in detail and holistically.
