Getting Ramsey Prosper Also has the benefit of crippling the Mama Bear Syndicate's control.
However, this could very well be a deal with the Devi due to Trafford Augustine having his own ambiguous goals. And the world of Bliss Town may not be what it seems to the naked eye.
But surely this is nothing a hobo, an insomniac sniper, and a part time pole dancer can't handle.
