The 624 koans, contemplations, or meditations that are contained here are all personally authored by me over the last several years. They are hard-earned insights into the subtle illusions into which people get misled. All these quotes have an essence or vibration to them which is at the level of nonduality and enlightenment. The vibration will not be felt by people at a moralism or rationalism stage of living. Even spiritual people may not quite understand these koans. But, the essences here will be felt as very normal to those who have matured in their awakening.
