Teri Ann Sartor, PhD, LPC-S, NCC, CHST, is an assistant professor of counseling at Texas A&M University¿Texarkana. Bill McHenry, PhD, LPC, is the dean of graduate studies and research and associate professor of counseling at Texas A&M University¿Texarkana. He has coauthored four books, including What Therapists Say and Why They Say It and A Counselor`s Introduction to Neuroscience. Jim McHenry, EdD, NCC, LPC, CRC, is professor emeritus at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
