Konstantin Stanislavski's name is known all over the world as the name of the great theatre art reformator. In every new production he advanced and solved big and courageous tasks, which have a principal role in the whole dramatic art. His esthetic views, innovation as a director, developed by him system of the realistic acting techniques had a great influence on the development of the world theatre culture of the XX century. We can assume the time when the chapter about ethics was written by Stanislavski using his letter to M. P. Lilina dating August 28, 1908. In his letter he writes: «i stayed at home in the evening and wrote, as it seems to me quite good, a chapter about ethics. Yesterday, on Monday during the morning rehearsal I read it to the actors. It seems to me, they started thinking about it and the rehearsal was good»
