Konstantin Stanislavski's name is known all over the world as the name of the great theatre art reformator. We can assume the time when the chapter about ethics was written by Stanislavski using his letter to M. P. Lilina dating August 28, 1908. In his letter he writes: «i stayed at home in the evening and wrote, as it seems to me quite good, a chapter about ethics. Yesterday, on Monday during the morning rehearsal I read it to the actors. It seems to me, they started thinking about it and the rehearsal was good»
