Mikhail A. Molchanov is Professor and former Chair of the Department of Political Science at St. Thomas University, Canada. His research focuses on international relations in Eurasia and international political economy of regional integration. He is a Foreign Member of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.
