Autorenporträt
Marcus M. Schmitt is general manager of the European Company Lawyers Association (ECLA). In addition to legal issues concerning the professional status of in-house counsel, he actively supports European legal departments in the digital transformation and the further development of the professional profile of in-house counsel. He appears throughout Europe as a speaker and panelist on selected topics related to Corporate Legal Departments. Jonathan Marsh is president of the European Company Lawyers Association (ECLA). In his professional career he served as general counsel of international legal teams in the oil and gas industry. He is a negotiator of complex business transactions and has deep knowledge of geopolitical and legal risk assessments. Recognized within his profession he serves in leadership roles in French and European professional associations.
