Maralee lives in beautiful British Columbia with her husband and her three wonderful children. Maralee is a Certified Coach Practitioner and Certified Peer Support Worker. She has found her passion and purpose in working with young women and walking alongside them in their journey.

Maralee has always loved to write. Poetry and song writing were always her favorite. Writing a book is a new adventure for Maralee, but one she knows she was called to experience. The book began as a Christmas present for her dad and her brothers. She wanted them to have something they could hold on to, something that could be passed down for generations. It took many years and many tears to write.

Maralee's story was often messy and broken but she began to realize it was also important and valuable. There are many reasons Maralee wrote this book, but the main reason is simple: she was given a story, so she is going to tell it.
