Phil has enjoyed a successful career as a local government leader, consultant, and former Intelligence Officer. He has authored more than five hundred articles as well as the books Evie and the Magic Telescope and Dont Walk by Something Wrong! He and his wife, Charlotte, live in Central Florida.
