She has been a Mentor and Master Coach for executives since 2000, having provided more than 2,500 hours of coaching/mentoring during this period and having trained more than 2,000 leaders. Administrator, Executive MBA from Dom Cabral Foundation, Post-MBA from Kellogg School of Management (USA) and MBA in Business Management from Getulio Vargas Foundation. Trained as a Coach in 2004 by the Integrated Coaching Institute (ICI), and in 2011 by the Hudson Institute of Coaching (Santa Bárbara/USA). In 2009, she obtained the PCC - Certified Professional Coach credential - by the International Coach Federation (ICF), an institution where she was Marketing Director and then Vice-President, in the Brazil chapter. He has several international certifications, among which stand out the "Immunity to Change" methodology with Professor Robert Kegan, from Harvard University (Massachusetts/USA) and the "Systemic Team Coaching", with Peter Hawkins, also in the USA. She participates as a speaker and facilitator in several professional development courses in the areas of Strategic Management and Leadership Development, in addition to national and international conferences.
