Rezensionen
'This state-of-the-art textbook is a lively, witty and engaging exploration of the ever-growing field of professional communication. The second edition is impressive for the breadth and depth of new topics covered, including how technological advances and wider social issues have transformed global workplace communication. The range of authentic data that is used is inspirational, and its innovative structure and format make it an excellent classroom resource. It is a must-have for any students, academics and practitioners of professional communication.'

Louise Mullany, University of Nottingham, UK

'This book presents a wonderful collection of real life cases, situated in a wide diversity of different professional contexts - online, offline, as well as geographically widespread. However complex these cases may sometimes be, Stephanie Schnurr always manages to analyse them in such an accessible way that I cannot imagine that it would not convince readers to delve deeper into the fascinating world of professional communication.'
