Autorenporträt
I was born the third oldest son of a family of 6 boys, a mother and a father. I was raised in a comfortable middle class home in eastern Pennsylvania. My father was an airplane owner and operator and he received an opportunity to further his career by becoming a bush pilot in Northwestern Ontario in 1956. Since my two oldest brothers were in college our move to the wilderness of Northwestern Ontario included just my parents, my three younger brothers and me. This began my great adventure of the frigid, isolated and wild country of the North.
