Spencer James Fraseur is an award-winning author, researcher, and entrepreneur who has a passion for topics like business, psychology, leadership success, wealth generation, and strategy. He received his undergraduate degree in Sports Management with a minor in Communications before continuing his education by receiving his MBA at Florida State University. Spencer's work has been featured in many outlets throughout the years and his first book, the international bestseller, The Irrational Mind won the Royal Dragonfly Book Award for best psychology of 2020. He has spoken at the Annual Academy of Management, The European Group of Organizational Sciences conference in Amsterdam, The Strategic Management Society in London, and the Southern Management Association annual conference among others. Spencer currently lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife as he attends The University of Texas at Arlington as a Business Strategy doctoral candidate.
