Rezensionen
"The book proposes a holistic, multifaceted and multicultural framework of 'fair CEO compensation', based on eight independent factors. The book is also intended as a guide for practitioners. ... the book presents the opinions of experts and practitioners of executive pay and corporate governance, in relation to fair and optimal CEO compensation level and structure. It also provides the reader with real examples and practical insights." (Rosalia Santulli, Journal of Management and Governance, 2022)
