I was always a pleaser and happily obliged others. What they wanted to do, I wanted to do. Their opinion about someone or something was my opinion. When I finally slowed down to pay attention, I found myself without a voice, without an opinion, with a lot of sadness, and a divorce under my belt. It was time for me to discover who I was. The question became how. How do I heal and reveal me? I received my first two Reiki attunements and used those tools to dive into discovery. This opened the door to continued training in integrated energy work and crystal healing. I stepped into using these skills to serve others as a practitioner. I continue to grow and develop every day. The key discovery I made was the importance of feeling my feelings. Feeling is healing. Emotions are energy in motion and need to stay in motion to be released. I learned how my mind would create resistance to feeling where my body wanted to allow the emotions to move. The energy work facilitated the release of the blockages and unlocked my heart. As an intuitive energy and crystal healer, I provide an emotionally safe space for people to lean in and listen to what is held within, teaching them to feel in order to heal. My practice fosters balance mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I also concertize as a pianist, bringing healing through sound. I love creating depth and connection beyond the notes on the page. I am passionate about guiding others to a place of love and acceptance for who they are, the experiences they have had, and the challenges they face. Through balancing the energy within, I facilitate alignment in mind, body, and spirit. I want to inspire curiosity, shift perception, and guide transformation from the inside out. It is an honor and a blessing to continue to create and heal with my hands: writing books, my healing practice at Lux Eterna Healing, and concertizing at the piano.
