The movie he'll be directing is an ultra-low-budget horror flick that he hopes to turn into a cinematic masterpiece. However, with the rise of Slobodan MiloSevic and the fall of Communism, the country behind the Iron Curtain in which the shoot takes place is about to explode into brutal warring fragments. Revolution, duplicitous producers, rebellious actors, colliding cultures-a maelstrom of conflict lies ahead. But worst of all, this stranger in a strange land must face the consequences of betrayal.
