Lubomyr Luciuk is Professor of Political Geography at the Royal Military College of Canada and Fellow of the Chair of Ukrainian Studies at the University of Toronto. Andrew G. Newby is Senior Research Fellow of the Academy of Finland, University of Helsinki, Finland.
