Luke Paulsen, an elite operations ex-agent, known as New Division believes his daughter to be dead and tries to avenge her death. Paulsen is delayed by an agent in New Division, Paige Rogers, who seems to be interfering with his search for his daughter's killer. Confused by Rogers behaviour but compelled to find out the reasons behind it, Paulsen follows Rogers instructions. Tom Reed, New division director, is planning some kind of conspiracy. Paulsen is ordered to stop the plan. In the process, he finds out that his daughter is alive and is being protected by Rogers, in order for him to finish this assignment. Paulsen discovers Reed's plans of creating an EMP device that will eventually lead to the assassination of President Heller. With the help of Rogers and some other agents, Paulsen races against time to outrun and outwit Tom Reed while struggling to hold back the carnal desires and feelings he has for Rogers. Only when it's all over, will he reunite with his daughter.
