In the first part of the book, Akkad offers a noble biography of one of the most important women of ancient Arab history; She is the mother of the martyrs, "Fatima Al -Zahra", the daughter of the Prophet "Muhammad" from Mrs. Khadija. He talks about the privacy of her origin and her upbringing in the house of prophecy, then her marriage to Ali bin Abi Talib. Exposing her personality as a strong woman, honest, eloquent tongue, entered the battlefield of public life due to the dispute over the inheritance of the caliphate. As for the second part of the book, it talks about the Fatimids affiliated with Al -Zahra, showing their lineage, the emergence of their call, and their spread in the countries of Islam, and also presents the various opinions in their call, reducing some of the accusations that attached to them and their calls. He also talks about the most important influential Fatimid rulers or who sparked controversy as "the goat of the religion of God" and "the ruler by the command of God", and concludes in his own opinion that the civilization of Egypt during the era of the Fatimids is its most important civilizations if we excluded the first Egyptian civilizations of the Pharaohs.
