Do you rush to deposit it, or give it away? When you spend or even think about your money, do you feel good? This book illustrates ways to get you closer to your goal of feeling good about money. I am not a financial advisor in any sense, though I am a Certified Health Educator. Instead, I am sharing things I do to feel better about my thoughts surrounding money and the things I do to make myself feel happier about abundance. The techniques I use combine a lot of mental exercises with feng shui since I find those types of practices to be the most beneficial. I am not a certified Feng Shui practitioner, but I have practiced and used Feng Shui in my own life with radically positive results. As a sequel to "Feel Good Now," this is a similarly "bite-sized" holistic approach to refreshing and renewing your thoughts about money. Centered on mind, body and spirit-balancing activities, I suggest a daily practice that aims at creating a better, brighter future for yourself.
