The journey to becoming an author began when I was working in the corporate world. I felt Corporate America had a lot of restrictions, pressures, and aggravation, so I started writing short stories and creating mandala drawings in my spare time. I found that no matter how busy I was, I could find some moments of peace by doing this. After losing my job, I started to publish my work and several months later began writing full time. I've never looked back. When I'm not writing, I enjoy spending time with my spouse, family, close friends, and our Yorkie whose name is Toby. We are very passionate about helping people and are involved in a number of charitable organizations. We are fortunate to spend a lot of time in nature which is where I find inspiration to create mandala drawings. I enjoy reading good books especially thrillers and crime novels, listening to classical music, and hiking among the many trails near our home.
