Autorenporträt
Jean Peelen was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated from the University of South Alabama and the University of Alabama School of Law. During her career she lived in Washington, DC, where she enforced civil rights laws in education for the federal government for more than 20 years.Jean now lives in a tiny house in the mountains of western North Carolina. She enjoys writing, working for a woman's right to choose, taking walks through her tiny house community, and championing older women's voices through her website and Facebook group, "Old Women WhoWrite."
