It's not easy being blonde. Believe me, I know. I've found that, for many people, the measure of someone's intelligence isn't their education, work success, or innate ability. It's their hair color! Their blonde hair color, to be precise. Yes, I've had colleagues, clients, and even bosses who were amazed that I could be both blonde and financially astute. And trust me, it's hard when people assume you aren't that bright when you know you're the smartest one in the room. But rather than let others' misconceptions hold me back, I simply decided to redefine what it means to be "e;blonde."e; "e;Blonde"e; means making intelligent financial decisions for both long-term goals and everyday situations. "e;Blonde"e; means living well, but within one's means. "e;Blonde"e; means being fun, fabulous, and financially fit. So through my Financially Blonde book series, I plan to share tips, tools and ideas to help you make the best financial choices - the Financially Blonde choices. In this first book of the series, I focus on overall financial fitness. Financial fitness is just as important as physical fitness and I believe their are three financial fitness types, Fit, Skinny and Fat. This book will help you identify your type and then it will give you the tools, exercises and resources to help you on your road to achieving long term financial fitness.
