Autorenporträt
Dr. Carole D. Hillman is a recently retired Professor Emeriti of Elmhurst College. She received her M.Ed. From the University of Illinois and both her Doctorate and Post Doctorates are from Northern Illinois University. She began her work teaching second grade and has taught at both the early childhood as well as advanced levels. Many of her writings have involved a blending of subjects, and a variety of hands-on activities, programs, etc. for the early learner. In addition she has written articles, materials, texts, and programs for learners at various levels of development. She also developed a variety of materials making use of State Standards for The Chicago Tribune which teachers could utilize as they taught children.
