Eva M.Tsapakis, BSc(Hons), MBBS, MRCPsych, Liaison Psychiatry, King's College Hospital and Clinical Research Worker, Section of Clinical Neuropharmacology and SGDP Centre, Institute of Psychiatry, London, UK; and Research Fellow, Mailman Research Center, McLean Hospital, Belmont, Massachusetts, USA. Patrick J. R. Power, is Honorary Senior Lecturer, Department of Psychiatry, Institute of Psychiatry and Lead Consultant Psychiatrist, Lambeth Early Onset Service, South London & Maudsley NHS Trust, London, UK. Robin M. Murray, MD, DSc, FRCP, FRCPsych, is Professor of Psychiatry, Department of Psychiatry, Institute of Psychiatry, London, UK.
