Eva M.Tsapakis, BSc(Hons), MBBS, MRCPsych, Liaison Psychiatry, King's College Hospital and Clinical Research Worker, Section of Clinical Neuropharmacology and SGDP Centre, Institute of Psychiatry, London, UK; and Research Fellow, Mailman Research Center, McLean Hospital, Belmont, Massachusetts, USA. Patrick J. R.
