Victoria Carr is publishing her first full length novel, "Flashover," a murder mystery based on Arson. A crime that is very familiar to her. She currently is the Supervisor of an Arson Investigation Unit for a large inner city Fire Department and she has over 15 years experience as a Fire Investigator and 30 plus years as a Police Officer. She is an expert in the area of origin and cause of a fire.
She draws on that experience to turn the knowledge into a well-defined fictional plot with all the twists and turns of an unusual and intriguing investigation.
