The purpose of this cookbook is to encourage our readers how to prepare tasty meals for family and friends. The year of 2010, the Lord appeared to me in a vision. In this vision, He instructed me to study different recipes and compile into a cookbook and, thus, choose seven people as coauthors to begin this assignment. He gave me the name of our group, The Seven Rainbows. It took spiritual strength to fulfill this assignment.
