Steve Mingle is the author of three books on Manchester City, where he has remained a season-ticket holder throughout the decades. Now CEO of Isinglass Consulting, Steve was once awarded the title of Britain's Wildest Actuary. His other passions away from City include vintage vinyl, Burgundian wine, Frank Sidebottom... and, now, Oxford United.
