This book is a written invitation to turn to God when you feel there is no other way to turn. I have lived a long time and observed the difficulty of life. There is a greater power beyond anything we can imagine, as in Far Beyond, the first poem. A power that is available to us for the turn of a page and an open heart. There are many walks of life. Faith is a lamp handed to us by God, as in the poem The Path of Life Together, Let this book be a beacon in the darkness, A lighthouse in the storm. Let it rekindle a fire gone cold. Whereby faith your soul can warm.

Autorenporträt
Beverly A. Larsen is married for fifty-eight years to her husband, John. She is the mother of three grown children, the grandmother of seven granddaughters, and a great-grandmother. Beverly has been writing poetry for over fifty years. She has been confined to a wheelchair for the last three years. A gift of poetry given to Beverly has produced an endless collection of poems to inspire readers to think and ponder what life is all about and to lean on our Creator for guidance on our path. Coming to Jesus at the age of fourteen, Beverly recalls the start of her writing after the birth of her first child. She has worked at many jobs, but raising a daughter and two sons was always job number one. Beverly worked as a caregiver for over fifteen years before severe arthritis and many other afflictions put her on the care-needed list. Illness and pain are not strangers in Bev's life, but the devotion of her husband, John, her family, and many good friends-such as Deborah-have inspired her to write poetry in praise of God and His sufficient grace.
