Autorenporträt

I was a little girl dreaming, writing and speaking to audiences in my head. After intense personal experience during my university creative writing degree, I actually stopped writing. What followed was years of being a wife, mum, and teacher - splattered with diversions across Australia on a cotton farm, in a sewing factory, administration, and singing. Along the way, disasters overtook blessings, and at 43 with a diagnosis of Asperger's I began to understand my wayward responses. Now I am revisiting my life with a new lens - awakening my childhood heart and falling in love with writing again.
