Professor Alison Mackinnon is Emeritus Professor at the Hawke Research Institute, University of South Australia. Dr Stephen McKenzie is an independent scholar based in the Solomon Islands. Professor Jennifer McKay specialises in water law and teaches in the School of Commerce, University of South Australia.
