If you don't know me, hi, I'm Sarah Pond. I'm a 27-year-old work in progress. To tell you a little bit of my testimony: I experienced a lot of trauma at a young age that spanned a long period of time. My whole family did. While my path looked slightly different from theirs, we all spun out. We searched for worth and identity in peers, partying, relationships, and achievements. Trust me when I say that I've been the prodigal son and the proud older brother. Thank God that He came for the sick. He completely transformed my life. I've been to low lows and high highs. While I kept a lot of this vague, I want you to know that if you've experienced trauma, you aren't alone. God took my struggles and pain and has used them to set others free. He set me free. He has redeemed me and made me new, and so now, my greatest passion is to remove the false identity that has been put on God and tell the world that He actually is so good.
