Thodoris Spiliotis, born in Athens, pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering in London before furthering his education with postgraduate studies in Telematics (MSc in Telematics, Middlesex University) and Business Administration (MBA, Kingston University). His time living in England significantly influenced his professional outlook, fostering a commitment to mentoring and supporting the ideas of young professionals and business leaders. After gaining valuable experience working in research and development companies, he founded his own technology company in 2014, focusing on advanced software applications.Spiliotis actively contributes to innovation and knowledge-sharing by participating as a speaker at major technology, tourism, and entrepreneurship conferences, including TEDx and Mindspark. He also serves as a scientific collaborator and lecturer at the Institute of Continuous Education of the General Staff of the National Defence Forces (GNDF). His role extends to mentoring and evaluating new ideas as a member of the scientific evaluation committee, as well as working with the Light Hub's entrepreneurship support structure. Additionally, he contributes to international organizations, such as the Advisory Board of the New York Charitable Foundation.Since 2018, with the establishment of Athonikos Management, Spiliotis has expanded his involvement in education, offering his expertise to universities and companies both in Greece and abroad, further supporting the development and implementation of innovative practices.
