James Clawson is the Johnson & Higgins Emeritus Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. He has degrees from Stanford University, Brigham Young University and Harvard University. His areas of expertise include Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Leading Change and Career Management. He has authored 23 books and more than 300 business cases and technical notes, taught in MBA, doctoral and executive education programs and consulted with scores of Fortune 5-100 corporations world-wide.
