The inspiration for Furry Tails is none other than her beloved dog, Max.
Max or Mr. Mackie as he was lovingly called was Staci's constant companion for eleven years, until he was called to DOGGY HEAVEN where he now resides, and directs the Heavenly Dog Choir. Several of Mr. Mackie's choir members are family animal friends who have also gone to live in DOGGY HEAVEN.
