Theodora-Ismene Gizelis is a Professor in the Department of Government at the University of Essex and author of Globalization, Integration, and the Future of European Welfare States (2010) Louise Olsson is Head of the UNSCR 1325 Program at the Folke Bernadotte Academy, Stockholm, Sweden and is author of Gender Equality and United Nations Peace Operations in Timor-Leste (2009).
